    Angela waited on us and her service was excellent! I had the reuben sandwich which was awesome. However my husband had the New York steak and he was not really happy with. It was tough and cold. They did comp us half back.so in general this is a great place to come and eat and sit outside. Just don't order the steak

    As I was waiting to be seated I Was told it would be 30 minute wait. So I waited with my family. A few minutes later I was approached and was asked to leave because they were under staffed and they needed to go to break. Over 50% of the tables were empty. Management really needs to look into this. Just saying. (San Jose International Airport location)

    Words can not describe our experience. But we will try. Service was terrible. Took them forever to get us the food and seemed like they forgot about us for a hot second. Food was definitely microwaved and fries were nasty. Think they left the food under a heat lamp for waaaayyy too long. Waitress never asked about food quality with no questions as to why our plates were left full. A positive was parking validation. Also, I don’t know why people say it has a nice feel. I’m sorry for that person because what they are comparing it to must be truly awful. Some people said they wanted to bring their friends in the future. I’m sorry to those future friends and I would never bring anyone there unless I wanted them to stop being friends with me. The highlight of my meal was the rootbeer.

    service is always excellent even when they have a full house. the staff was very helpful and observant. this place has a nice atmosphere.

    It’s okay! Nothing extraordinary but not terrible. Server was there when he needed to be. Good came out fast.
